This notice describes the information collected through the FleetLK early access website. The full bus booking platform is under development.

Information you choose to share

Operator registrations collect your name, business name, mobile number, province and fleet size. You may also share a WhatsApp number, email, interests and notes. Passenger registrations collect a name and an email address or mobile number, with an optional district. Both forms record your consent and the time of registration.

How information is used

Your details are used to manage the early access list, communicate relevant launch information, understand operator needs and arrange possible onboarding. Registration does not create a booking or paid subscription. FleetLK does not sell registration details.

Storage and service providers

Registrations are stored privately. Hosting and registration processing providers may handle information on FleetLK’s behalf. Access should be limited to people who need it for the early access programme. Information is retained for the programme and relevant launch communications, or until you request removal, subject to any applicable obligations.

Website security and analytics

The website uses validation and abuse controls to protect forms. If enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile security check processes technical browser information. Optional analytics record interactions such as navigation, form completion and scroll depth without including the details entered in the forms. This website does not use advertising trackers by default.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or remove your registration, or stop further launch updates, by replying to any FleetLK communication. Optional fields can be left blank.

Changes to this notice

This notice may change as the launch website and platform develop. The updated date will appear above. A separate notice may apply to future booking services.
